By submitting information to this website you agree to your
having read and understood this information. PGS shall, at all
times, reserve the right to immediately terminate service to any
user who has provided false or misleading information.
Non-Personal Information
PGS use "cookies" (small files of information stored on your
computer) and IP address logging which track and store information
relating to how you use this website. This may include which site
you were viewing before this one (if you came to this site by
clicking a link from a different website), the number and types of
pages you viewed together with any search phrases you may use to
find this website or specific information it contains.
We use this information, together with other details from our
customer database to tailor the promotional material that the
website shows to you.
In addition to cookies PGS also collects non-personal statistics
on the number of people visiting the site, the number of booking
requests and on-line bookings made. Again these are for general
statistical analysis and are not related to your personal

website, by requesting a booking or when paying for a booking
on-line.

by PGS in the future and PGS will always respect your marketing

PGS use various companies to assist us in maintaining, organising
and administering our database. These companies are under a strict
obligation to protect your data and will follow the same polices (as
detailed here) as PGS. As the internet is a global method of
communicating, this may include your data being stored or accessed
from servers which may be located outside the European economic

In the event of a sale, joint venture or other transfer of all or
a portion of PGS's assets your personal information will be included
as part of these assets.
How PGS Uses Your Information in relation to this Website
Where you submit your credit card details to us during the
booking process, these are encrypted using 128bit SSL technology and
are secure. Your payment details and billing address you enter will
be used by PGS's merchant bank for the purpose of charging your
credit card and checking security details..
PGS will retain all other details supplied in our secure booking
database in accordance with our general data protection policies
(please contact central reservations for details).
If you have requested to receive further marketing communications
/ newsletters from PGS then this information will be stored and
processed in separate marketing databases.
Your personal details will be stored in various secured database
for the purposes of sending you future email marketing messages. If
you have requested postal offers, your details will also be kept in
our mailing database.
To Stop Marketing Communications by Email
You have a right to stop receiving marketing communications from
PGS . You can do this by simply sending a blank email to

with the subject line "REMOVE". You can also do this by
contacting Reservations on the number shown.

Telephone
You have a right to stop receiving marketing communications from PGS
. You can do this by contacting Reservations on the number shown.
Please note it may take a few weeks to fully unsubscribe you from
marketing communications.
Do Not Contact List
PGS maintains databases of people who have requested not to be
contacted again. These lists are used to "clean" PGS's databases
before a marketing communication is prepared to ensure you are not
contacted by accident.
How to Complain
