Any failure by PGS to exercise or enforce any right or obligation

Jurisdiction and Choice of law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the United Kingdom and Ireland, and the United Kingdom
and Irish courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
